2. Programs and Services
We offer business mentorship programs, masterminds, courses, and live events including but not limited to The Boardroom, The Inner Circle, and EmpowerYou Chicago 2026. Specific terms and inclusions for each program are outlined on the relevant program page and in the enrolment agreement provided at time of purchase.
3. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of enrolment or as per the payment schedule outlined at checkout. We accept payment via Stripe and other payment processors as made available at checkout.
All prices are subject to change. The price you pay at the time of purchase is the price you pay for that enrolment period.
4. Refund Policy
The Boardroom and The Inner Circle: All payments are made in full and are non-refundable. By completing payment, you are committing to the full program period. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or transfers to alternative programs once payment has been processed. We encourage you to review all program information thoroughly before purchasing.
EmpowerYou Chicago 2026 and Live Events: Event tickets are non-refundable. In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure events), we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or modify the event. In such circumstances, your ticket will transfer to the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued for a rescheduled event.
Digital courses and low-ticket products: Due to the immediate digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
5. Program Access and Conduct
Access to our programs, communities, and events is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials, program materials, or community access with any other person. Doing so will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
We expect all participants to engage respectfully within our communities and events. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive behaviour without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within our programs, courses, websites, and events, including but not limited to training materials, frameworks, videos, worksheets, and written content, is the intellectual property of The Queenie Effect PTY LTD and Elsa Morgan. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any of our content or materials without written permission.
Our proprietary frameworks including the 7-Figure Content Machine, the ELSA Storytelling Framework, the 3 I's Marketing Funnel, and all other named systems are the exclusive intellectual property of The Queenie Effect PTY LTD.
7. Results Disclaimer
The results shared on our websites and social media, including client case studies, are real results achieved by real clients. They are not guaranteed outcomes. Business results depend on many factors including individual effort, market conditions, business model, and implementation. We make no guarantees of specific financial results from participation in any of our programs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, The Queenie Effect PTY LTD, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, programs, or events.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
